
Excalibur Research Development & Manufacturing is a growing precision sheet metal fabrication company specializing in laser cutting, CNC forming, TIG and MIG welding, hardware insertion, and assembly. We serve a wide range of industries by producing high-quality custom fabricated components and assemblies.
We're looking for experienced TIG Welders who takes pride in craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
DUTIES

Set up and operate CNC press brakes to produce precision sheet metal components.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.

Select and install the proper tooling for each job.

Perform machine setup, first-piece inspections, and in-process quality checks.

Measure finished parts using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.

Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards throughout production.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.

Work closely with laser operators, welders, and assembly personnel to meet production schedules.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Regularly lift up to 50lbs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience operating CNC press brakes in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication drawings.

Knowledge of bend deductions, bend allowances, and forming sequences.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
COMPENSATION
$20.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Performance-based wage increases available after the introductory period and skill development.
