Excalibur Research Development & Manufacturing LLC is a full-service sheet metal manufacturing company based in Cedar Park, Texas. Our Story

Excalibur's manufacturing experience began long before our arrival in Texas.

Our roots trace back to Canada where our team spent years manufacturing products for the automotive and truck accessory industry. That experience built the foundation for what Excalibur is today — a company centered around practical manufacturing knowledge, problem-solving, product development, production and a strong commitment to customer service.

In 2019, we relocated our manufacturing operations to the Austin, Texas area and established Excalibur Research Development & Manufacturing LLC.

Since then, we have continued to expand our capabilities, equipment, and team to support increasingly complex and higher-volume manufacturing projects.

Today, Excalibur operates as a modern sheet metal manufacturing facility serving customers throughout Texas and across the United States.
