Excalibur Research Development & Manufacturing is a growing precision sheet metal fabrication company specializing in laser cutting, CNC forming, TIG and MIG welding, hardware insertion, and assembly. We serve a wide range of industries by producing high-quality custom fabricated components and assemblies.
We're looking for experienced TIG Welders who takes pride in craftsmanship and efficiency and want to be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
DUTIES

Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components.

Must be able to maintain a steady, efficient work pace to meet daily production requirements and deadlines without compromising weld quality or safety.

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.

Fit, tack, and weld fabricated parts to specification.

Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance.

Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

Grind, finish, and prepare welds when required.

Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production schedules.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
We're looking for someone who is

Experienced with TIG welding aluminum and stainless steel.

Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
COMPENSATION
$24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience.
Performance-based wage increases available after the introductory period and skill development.
